You can always tell its handmade right there in the store, not only because you can literally see it happening, but because the stunning layers in each scoop are intentional. Plus, you’re basically encouraged to sample flavors, and that kind of hospitality is just what I look for when it comes to a sweet treat!

We had the pleasure of having Gelato & Co. cater one of our networking mixers last year and thankfully I put aside a few macarons for myself, because by the end of the night the platters were cleared clean.
