We are located in downtown Fort Lauderdale on Las Olas Boulevard on the corner of Las Olas and 13th Street on the 2nd floor.  

Our mission is to provide a place of wellness, healing and self-discovery through movement, mindfulness and community.  

All of our classes are taught in a non-heated environment.  

Free street parking is available on 13th and 2nd.
