Reserve your Booth at COLO 2026

Exhibitors planning to sell food must apply using the Food Vendor application. Food vendors will not be accepted through this form.


Please note that LOA reserves the right to deny event-day setup if booth requirements are not met.


Booths include a 10x10' white tent, a 6' table, 2 chairs, and electricity. If you wish to provide your own tent, table, and chairs, please be sure to check the boxes below.

Event Policies

Please note, this event goes on rain or shine; no rainchecks, no refunds.

  • Exhibitors may bring their own branded tent. Please let us know in advance if you do not need a tent from us. Booths may be decorated with signage, branding, and string lights (120V) to create a festive display.

  • Additional power for equipment such as ovens, microwaves, computers, TVs, or refrigeration is the vendor’s responsibility. Generators are permitted. Vendors must provide their own extension cords and any necessary equipment.

  • Exhibitors are responsible for all materials brought into the event space. Trash may not be piled around booths or on the median during the event and must be disposed of in the dumpsters located on the property.

  • Exhibitors may serve non-alcoholic beverage samples. Alcohol may not be sold or served.


    Setup & Breakdown

  • Booth setup begins at 1:00 PM on December 1st and must be completed before the event begins at 5:00 PM. Booths must be staffed from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. All booths must be cleared from the event space by 10:30 PM. 

  • Exhibitors may not use the median to store items, except for extension cords that are actively in use. Any damage to the medians may result in additional fees.
