"The great food and drink set the stage for a perfect night out at Jimmy's Cabaret on Las Olas.

Recently opened, this club features performances by some of South Florida's best female impersonators. Everyone is welcome here-no matter the sexual preference. Jimmy's hosts quite a diverse crowd from married couples to singles, older celebrants to young revelers. There are two shows: 8:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. The later the night went on, the more people poured in. These gals put on quite a show!

My favorites included the good natured heckling by the hostess / emcee and the performances by Tina Turner, Diana Ross, Shirley Temple, Dionne Warwick and Marilyn Monroe. I am glad that our expanding downtown can support diverse, non-traditional entertainment choices for our growing base of residents and visitors and hope that it continues to do so in the coming years."
