We make everything in our kitchen using our own recipes and fresh, seasonal ingredients. Chef / owner, Dirk de Cuyper's cooking focuses on simplicity and flavor. As a classically trained Belgian chef, Dirk's emphasis is on fresh Mediterranean food. CHEF'S CASE: The chef's case offers a seasonal menu of meat and fish entrees, seafood dishes, vegetable sides and salads. Each day we prepare a selection of dishes from this seasonal menu for you to enjoy at home. PASTRY CASE: Eten's chefs create a range of home-baked goods including pastries, tarts, cakes, cookies and truffles, as well as savory quiches and breads. GRAB N' GO: Help yourself to the pre-packed foods in the grab n' go fridge. Salads, soups, sauces, pates, cured salmon, dressings, dips, comfort foods and more -all fresh foods, packaged and ready to go. In the grab n go freezer, you'll find a range of items including homemade ice creams, stocks and sauces. Eten also offers a unique selection of WINES, Italian COFFEE and BELGIAN CHOCOLATES! Our specialty is CATERING. Cocktail parties, corporate lunches, dinner with friends... whatever the occasion, we will create the perfect menu for you to entertain your guests.
